Montgomery County misdemeanors, July 3-9

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 3-9:

Sacremento Daniel Barela, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on July 14.

Barela was arrested on July 3 by Officer Stephen Ingram of the TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE on charges of *POSS MARIJ Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on July 4. The bond was released on Aug. 24.

On Aug. 24, the case was deferred.

Barela is described as a 5-foot-9, 130 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 10, 1990, in ALBEQURQUE, NM. His last known address is 7245 Fairbanks, Houston.

Matt Gaylon Hopper, 30, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on July 7.

Hopper was arrested on July 3 by Officer Brian Dunn of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on a charge of *POSS CS PG 3 Cash Bond posted a $750 bond on July 3. The bond was released on Aug. 24.

The case was dismissed on Aug. 24.

Hopper is described as a 6-foot-1, 230 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 5, 1981, in LUFKIN, Texas. His last known address is 2329 Kingsdale Drive ive, Deer Park.

Juan Jose Medrano-Garcia, 25, plead Not Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on July 14. His defense attorney is Lawrence C McCotter.

Medrano-Garcia was arrested on July 3 by Officer Minchew J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim and one witness.
