Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 29-June 4

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 29-June 4:

Benjamin Isaac Donehower, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on June 2. His defense attorney is Katherine Shipman.

Donehower was arrested on May 29 by Officer Martinez E of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on May 29.

Robert J. Mason, 49, plead Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 25. His defense attorney is Christopher Neal Allen.
