Montgomery County misdemeanors, April 24-30

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of April 24-30:

Escamilla Carlos Santana, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 4.

Santana was arrested on April 24 by Officer Pullen of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $600 bond on April 24. The bond was forfeited on Oct. 25. The bond was released on Dec. 20.

The final judgment was on Dec. 20.

Santana is described as a 5-foot-3, 180 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 1, 1979, in Texas. His last known address is 11960 Overbrook Lane #538, Houston.

Carlos Rodriguez, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 28. His defense attorney is Khalil Saman "Charlie".

Rodriguez was arrested on April 24 by Officer Lavergne D of the Patton Village Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. There was one warrant for the defendant.
