Montgomery County misdemeanors, March 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of March 6-12:

Keith William Rutherford, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 10. His defense attorney is Jay M . Wright.

Rutherford was arrested on March 6 by Officer Lopez of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 7. The bond was released on Dec. 19.

On Dec. 19, the defendant received a straight fine.

Rutherford is described as a 6-foot-0, 180 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 30, 1987, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 6651 Brownie Campbell, Houston.

Burgos Salvador Portillo, 53, was charged with 6701-167 speeding on July 19. His defense attorney is Charles French.

French, Charles Atty posted a $160 bond on July 7.

Luis Alberto Calero, 50, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701-167/169d speeding in school zone he was charged with on May 16. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Calero was arrested on March 9 by the Department of Public Safety on charges of *SPEEDING IN SCHOOL ZONE* and *DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID/SUSPENDED*.

Labella, Joseph Atty posted a $500 bond on May 2. The bond was released on Nov. 22. On Nov. 22, the case was deferred.

Arturo Bandala Delgadillo, 63, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701-167/169d speeding in school zone he was charged with on May 16. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.
