Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 27-March 5

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 27-March 5:

Reynaldo Charles, 27, was charged with driving while intoxicated on March 2. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Charles was arrested on Feb. 27 by Officer Reece of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $1,500 bond on Feb. 28. The bond was forfeited on Oct. 10.

Desnick Derrell Evans, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of deadly conduct he was charged with on Nov. 17. His defense attorney is Timberly J Davis.

On Nov. 18, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
