Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, Oct. 13
The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Oct. 13 incident:
Rene Ricardo Padilla, 31, was arrested on charges of improper use of auxiliary driving lamps. The incident occurred near 904 West Barbours Cut Boulevard, Lane Porte, Texas.
