The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following July 8 incident:
Lynette S Shyne, 36, was arrested on charges of capias pro fine. The incident occurred near Pasadena Police Dept, 1114 Jeff Ginn Memorial Drive, Pasadena, Texas 77506-4830, USA.
