Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, March 9
The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following March 9 incident:
Rafael Adrian Torres, 25, was arrested on charges of class "c" warrants failure to maintain financial resp. The incident occurred near 1201 Davis Street, Pasadena, Texas.
