Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, Feb. 13
The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Feb. 13 incident:
Albert Dean Witt, 51, was arrested on charges of failing to maintain financial responsibility, m. The incident occurred near 3200 Old State Highway 146, Lane Porte, Texas.
