Brandon Monroe was arrested on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Monroe's date of birth is October 15, 1985.

The Deer Park Police Department arrested 25-year-old Eduardo Perez-Cortez on charges of disregarding a traffic control device, failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor) and no driver's license. Perez-Cortez was born on September 19, 1986.

The Deer Park Police Department arrested 22-year-old Bryan Rodriguez-Tovar on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Rodriguez-Tovar was born on August 29, 1989.
