La Porte Police Department arrests, Feb. 4

Shawn Carroll was arrested on charges of cp public intoxication. Carroll's date of birth is March 20, 1972.

Michael Guajardo, 43, was arrested in La Porte on charges of violation of a promise to appear, awith failure to control speed and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Guajardo was born on March 4, 1968.
