Edward Elias Aguilar was arrested on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, 2 counts of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) and manufacture, delivery controlled substance penalty grade 1 (1 to 4 grams) on January 31, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
