The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Dec. 31:

Francisco Hernandez was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) and proh sub corr facil alcohol, drug, phone, tobacco. Hernandez's address is listed as 2101 Turner Drive, Houston, TX 77093.

Rodney Ne Koutahzadeh, of 101 E. Tidwell Road, Houston, TX 77022, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Chase Allen Roberts, of 12602 Mill Wheel Lane, Houston, TX 77070, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

William David Swick was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd. Swick's address is listed as 9449 Briar Forest, Houston, TX 77063.

Jason Brook Wilson, of 12820 Greenwood Forest Drive Apt 1523, Houston, TX 77066, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more).
