A Pasadena man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with child passenger under 15 years of age, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), speeding to or 10% over the posted speed limit and driving without a Texas Operator's license on November 23, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Jesse James Trevino, 26 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 24, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 701 Preston.
