A Houston man was arrested and charged with violating a promise to appear, disreg traffic control device, failure to produce a driver's license on demand and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on November 14, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Hector Javier Castillo, 31 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 14, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 5412 Nightingale.
