Rosa Maria Gonzales was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance) and possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) on October 19, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Gonzales, a 47 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 20, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 3201 Red Bluff #193.
