David Ross Lacamu was arrested on charges of unlawful carrying of a weapon, possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram) and manufacture, delivery cs pg iii, iv 28-200 gr on September 4, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Lacamu, a 24 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on September 5, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 1502 Wynfield Dr.
