Octavia Rayvon Flora was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), 3 counts of parent contributing to truancy, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving with an invalid license, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on September 21, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
