Mellony Lou Sandoval was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08) and possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram) on July 26, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Sandoval, a 58 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 26, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. She resides at 2413 Grape Lane.
