Ramiro Serrano was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on June 26, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Serrano, a 24 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 27, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 8316 Elrod St.
