La Porte Police Department arrests, Jan. 13

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Jan. 13.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 46-year-old Hugo Souberbielle on charges of speeding in a school zone 31 in a 20mph. Souberbielle was born on February 10, 1965.
