La Porte Police Department arrests, Jan. 5

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Jan. 5.

Matthew Zapien, 22, was arrested in La Porte on charges of cp speeding 51 in a 35mph zone, operating with an expired operator's license and failure to appear. Zapien was born on March 26, 1989.
