Manuel Conoz was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated. Conoz’s date of birth is February 15, 1981.

Darrin Richardson, 19, was arrested in Deer Park on charges of 2 counts of a warrant for unspecified charges. Richardson was born on April 4, 1992.
