The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Nov. 29.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 36-year-old Clarence White on charges of a capias warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and a capias warrant for not possessing a driver's license. White was born on November 8, 1975.
