La Porte Police Department arrests, Nov. 5

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Nov. 5.

Shawn Carroll, 39, was arrested in La Porte on charges of a capias warrant for public intoxication. Carroll was born on March 20, 1972.

Manuel Huerta was arrested on charges of driving without insurance. Huerta’s date of birth is July 17, 1973.
