La Porte Police Department arrests, Sept. 17

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Sept. 17.

Matthew Dale, 24, was arrested in La Porte on charges of possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1. Dale was born on June 24, 1987.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 27-year-old Erik Delacruz on charges of assault by contact (family violence) and public intoxication. Delacruz was born on July 13, 1984.

Anthony Delagarza was arrested on charges of speeding (45 in a 35 zone), driving with an invalid or suspended license and violation of a promise to appear. Delagarza’s date of birth is August 17, 1989.

Corey McKinney, 33, was arrested in La Porte on charges of public intoxication. McKinney was born on May 4, 1978.

Zachary Taylor was arrested on charges of an arrest warrant for mip alchohol and an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Taylor’s date of birth is May 7, 1991.

Jose Tenorio, 30, was arrested in La Porte on charges of possession of a dangerous drug. Tenorio was born on March 3, 1981.
