La Porte Police Department arrests, Sept. 15

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Sept. 15.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 40-year-old John Ballard on charges of failure to provide city registration tags for a cat or dog, failure to provide a rabies vaccination certificate tag, 2 counts of failure to appear, failure to prevent an animal at large, running a stop sign, driving without insurance and driving without a driver's license. Ballard was born on April 1, 1971.
