La Porte Police Department arrests, Sept. 10

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on Sept. 10.

Dominic Martinez was arrested on charges of driving without motor vehicle liability insurance, displaying expired license plates or registration, operating a motor vehicle with expired inspection, no motorcycle endorsement license and unsafe start from the standing position (moving violation). Martinez’s date of birth is April 26, 1991.

John Patterson, 57, was arrested in La Porte on charges of driving without motor vehicle liability insurance, speeding (56 in a 35 zone), driving without a driver's license, violation of a promise to appear and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Patterson was born on September 23, 1953.

Tasha Price was arrested on charges of speeding (53 in a 35 zone) and violation of a promise to appear. Price’s date of birth is August 4, 1990.

Heather Smith, 32, was arrested in La Porte on charges of assault causing bodily injury (family violence). Smith was born on July 23, 1979.

Cleo Williams, 62, was arrested in La Porte on charges of violation of a promise to appear and no seat belt (passenger). Williams was born on June 15, 1949.
