La Porte Police Department arrests, July 22

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on July 22.

Cesar Delgado, 48, was arrested in La Porte on charges of speeding (77 in a 65 zone) and violation of a promise to appear. Delgado was born on July 9, 1963.

Jonah Garza was arrested on charges of violation of a promise to appear. Garza’s date of birth is April 23, 1987.
