La Porte Police Department arrests, July 16

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on July 16.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 32-year-old Michael Franco on charges of 2 counts of cp failure to appear, driving without a driver's license, driving without insurance rance 2nd, speeding in a school zone and violation of a promise to appear. Franco was born on December 30, 1978.

Luis Garcia, 49, was arrested in La Porte on charges of public intoxication. Garcia was born on January 17, 1962.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 23-year-old John James on charges of displaying expired license plates, driving while license is suspended, defective stop lamp, driving with expired motor vehicle inspection stickers, no seat belt (driver), violation of a promise to appear and no driver's license. James was born on December 1, 1987.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 43-year-old Jeffrey Knepper on charges of driving while license is invalid. Knepper was born on June 27, 1968.

Sara Lozano was arrested on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor, public intoxication, simple assault, 3 counts of traffic offense and failure to appear. Lozano’s date of birth is August 4, 1990.
