Bryan Rodriguez-Tovar was arrested on charges of 9 counts of a warrant for unspecified charges. Rodriguez-Tovar’s date of birth is August 29, 1989.

The Deer Park Police Department arrested 25-year-old Omar Villeda-Mayorga on charges of not possessing a driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Villeda-Mayorga was born on August 8, 1985.
