Brian Lord, 35, was arrested in La Porte on charges of 3 counts of a capias warrant for failure to appear. Lord was born on March 19, 1976.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 45-year-old Terry Wyer on charges of a capias warrant for running a red light. Wyer was born on January 11, 1966.
