La Porte Police Department arrests, May 21

The following arrests were made by the La Porte Police Department on May 21.

Richard Dalgarn, 19, was arrested in La Porte on charges of a capias warrant for driving without motor vehicle insurance and violation of a promise to appear. Dalgarn was born on June 1, 1991.

Demetric Davis was arrested on charges of driving with expired motor vehicle inspection stickers, failure to report change of address and violation of a promise to appear. Davis’s date of birth is January 23, 1988.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 30-year-old Ronald Kelley on charges of driving with an invalid license, driving without insurance and speeding (74 in a 60 zone). Kelley was born on November 29, 1980.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 26-year-old David Mooty on charges of driving while license is invalid or suspended, driving without motor vehicle liability insurance, speeding (45mph in a 35mph zone), driving while license is invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Mooty was born on May 31, 1984.

The La Porte Police Department arrested 23-year-old Joshua Propst on charges of public intoxication and possession of certain smoking substances. Propst was born on June 30, 1987.

Jesse Vazquez, 39, was arrested in La Porte on charges of driving while license is invalid. Vazquez was born on September 16, 1971.
