The La Porte Police Department arrested 35-year-old Tara Villarreal on charges of no seat belt (adult passenger), failure to yield the right of way to emergency vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without license plates or registration and failure to appear. Villarreal was born on May 1, 1976.
