The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents on May 17:

At 11:09 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Broadway Street and Airport Blvd.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 11:18 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Broadway Street and Airport Blvd.

An EMS event was reported at 2:07 p.m. at Broadway Street and Morley.

At 4:50 p.m., an EMS event occurred at East Edgebrook Drive and Pearl Hall Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 1:08 p.m. at Galveston Road and Palmdate St.

At 8:29 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Galveston Road and Palmsprings Drive.

At 5:54 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Galveston Road and W. Court Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 11:36 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Howard Drive and Arizona St.

A call regarding a motor vehicle incident was received at 5:12 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Howard Drive and Berrydale.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:20 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Park Place Boulevard and Reveille.

An EMS event was reported at 7:58 a.m. at Possum Creek Road and Whispering Creek Way.

At 1:09 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Shawnee and Susan.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:30 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Sherman and 71st St.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 11:51 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Winding Creek Way and Flagstone Terrace.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 4:43 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 100 E. Edgebrook Drive.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 4:56 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 4800 Galveston Road.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 10:26 a.m. at 50 E. Edgebrook Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 10:26 a.m. at 50 E. Edgebrook Drive.

At 5:10 p.m., a non-fatal major accident occurred at 8500 Howard Drive.

At 4:54 a.m., a non urgent traffic hazard incident occurred at 9654 Tierra Mountain Court.

Sergio Felix Alanis Jr. in custody at Montgomery County Jail

Special to the Chronicle published May. 16, 2012

Sergio Felix Alanis Jr. was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 7:52 a.m. on May 16, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged charges against the 31-year-old white male are listed as driving while license is suspended or invalid, a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor and failure to appear.

Alanis's address is listed as 13310 Morewood Court, Houston, Texas 77038.

An EMS event was reported at 12:53 p.m. at Frey Road and Frey Road To Gulf Freeway Ib Entrance Ramp Ib.

An EMS event was reported at 12:56 p.m. at Frey Road and Frey Road To Gulf Freeway Ib Entrance Ramp Ib.

At 11:15 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Galveston Road and Farm To Market Road 1959.

An EMS event was reported at 2:30 p.m. at Gober and Vinett Ave.

At 2:52 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Park Place Boulevard and Alaska St.

At 11:34 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Sherman and Altic St.
